Super healthy chia and flex seed pudding made with kefir. You can put it together in 2 minutes. It’s packed with iron, calcium, omega 3 and fiber.
1 cup kefir
1 tbsp. Each chia and flex seeds
1/2 banana
3 prunes
2 tbsp. Cashews
Place everything in a blender. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, can leave overnight. Blend until smooth, top with more fruit.
