Here are a few exercises and stretches that are safe and great to do during pregnancy.
The 90/90 stretch is excellent for the first and second trimesters to help stretch your hip and adductor muscles. The butterfly stretch can be enhanced with pillows for added support. While Kegels are important, stretching your adductors with targeted exercises can help prepare for birth. Bodyweight squats are also beneficial—use a chair or couch for support if needed. Aim for 10 reps of each to stay in shape and feel good throughout your pregnancy. 💪🏻🌸
