In this Yin yoga practice we will be focusing on the upper body. We will be putting stress on the shoulder girdle, lumbar and thoracic spine, while holding each pose for 2 minutes.
While practicing yin yoga, we try to settle into a quiet place, by finding silence around us, but mostly, to find silence within.
So step on your mat, find stillness and quiet your mind.
