Описание: Sandhya led participants through day 4 of the 7-day yoga series, focusing on a comprehensive sequence of asanas and pranayama practices. The session included standing poses with 6 spinal movements namely TTK, Trikonasana, double angle pose and reverse double angle. This routine was followed by balancing pose Natrajasana. This was followed by backward bending asanas on abdomen and shashankasana as counter pose. In the end pranayama practises of Nadi Shodhana, and Ujjayi were done.
