You'll learn an important distinction that often causes confusion: the Discovery System (the agent) and the Asset (the inventory record) are two separate entries in Lansweeper. Deleting one does not delete the other. If you need to fully remove an agent-discovered asset, you must delete both the system and the asset from their respective locations. The video includes a real-world example of resolving duplicate agent entries caused by reinstalling, and the fix: delete both the asset and discovery system records, then reinstall the agent fresh and assign it to the proper group with the correct discovery action.
