What are Micro Workouts and why you Should try them, I'm sure you have never heard of micro workouts, well i didn't either until i saw Matt from the red delta project talking about micro workouts. Don't get me wrong i've tried and done tabata workouts and done circuits that are short and intense but i never thought about micro workouts for building muscle or micro workouts for getting stronger.
So I thought about experimenting and trying out micro workouts for my self. I focused on key calisthenics exercises and for the last month of 2 have been doing calisthenics micro workouts and I've enjoyed them and made great progress. So I wanted to share with you my experience with micro workouts talk about about the benefits of them, who they may work for and get you excited to try micro workouts for yourself
