This is a short, quiet Tai Chi practice designed to help you step out of thinking and into simple, mindful movement.
In just six minutes, you’ll move gently through two beginning Tai Chi movements—Strike Palm (Ask Buddha) and Grasp Bird’s Tail—practiced in all directions for balance and awareness. There is very little talking, so you can relax your mind and simply move along.
This practice is ideal if you’re seeking the emotional and mental benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong: calm focus, grounded presence, and a sense of ease in the body. No analysis, no performance—just moving, breathing, and settling.
Perfect as a stand-alone practice or as a quiet beginning to your daily movement routine.
