Wanna go for a ride? Here 4 weeks compressed into half an hour to make this most excellent tipple. I will show you from pick of the bush, to pop of the top how to make this most delicious cordial.
Recipe
1 Part Berries
1 Part Rum or Vodka
1/3 Part Corn Syrup, or Simple Syrup
Mash berries and add equal parts rum or vodka. Allow to stand in a dark place for 2+ weeks. Strain out fruit, then run through a coffee filter for extra clarity. Mix with corn syrup at a ratio of 3 parts juice/spirit to 1 part sweetener. Mix well and serve.
