Note: A quorum of the Town Board may be present to gather information for which it may have decision-making responsibilities, however, this is a
meeting of the Palmyra Airport Commission and therefore no official Town Board action will be taken

Public Comment. Limited to a strict 1 minute per speaker. Speakers must register prior to meeting:
Old Business: (May be reordered during meeting)
1. Update on stormwater assessment calculations. Possibly take action on a draft letter to be sent to the Village. Tabled from last meeting.
2. Discuss and possibly take action on Hangar numbering. From last meeting.
3. Update on possible crack filling/paving of Airport Rd and of taxiways.
New Business: (May be reordered during meeting)
1- Discuss and possibly take action on Cal Tomomitsu’s expiring term.
2- Discuss possible purchase of utility tractor for airport.
3- Discuss and possibly take action on transfer of Covid Relief Funds from Town to Airport.
4- Discuss and take action to adopt the 2026 budget.
5- Set 2028 T-Hangar and other lease rates
6- Discuss and possibly take action on agricultural land.
7- Discuss and possibly take action on reducing vehicular traffic on taxiways, and controlling vehicle speeds.
8- Set next meeting date.
