After M!Y/N’s family was brutally sl@ghtered by pirates, he was sold and forced to become a sl@ve. Many years passed and his need for vengeance continued. His promise towards his sister never left his mind. He needed to avenge them. However, being owned by a random group of pirates served difficulties for his new agenda. He worked and worked while also secretly trained to become stronger when no one was looking, until, he was finally able to k*ll all the pirates that he was owned by and set out to hunt down the pirate group that wiped out his family.

Years went by and that is when he met the Straw Hats. The things in part 1 happened and he decided to keep his distance and just ignore them (being unable to k*ll them because of his emotional attachment). However, that won’t stop Luffy from bothering him and trying to help him without him asking.
