Vegan Macaroni Pie!

Описание: Sunday lunch is a staple of life in Trinidad and Tobago. Whether one fgoes to Sunday service in a church or in front of the television watching Arsenal, one can rest easy knowing that a sumptuous Sunday lunch awaits.
This week we present another staple element of the Sunday feast, macaroni pie. You can use any type of pasta for this delicacy that is more like a casserole than a pie. Let us know what you think in the comments!

Ingredients
-3 tbsp pimento
-3 tbsp green peppers
-3 tbsp onion, carrot
-1 tbsp garlic
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tbsp cilantro
-salt and pepper to taste
-thyme
-green onions
-2 cups plant milk
-1 pack vegan cheese


Ingredientes
-3 cucharadas de pimento
-3 cucharadas de pimientos verdes
-3 cucharadas de cebolla, zanahoria
-1 cucharada de ajo
-1 cucharadita de pimentón
-1 cucharada de cilantro
-sal y pimienta al gusto
-tomillo
-cebollas verdes
-2 tazas de leche vegetal
-1 paquete de queso vegano





Directions
Sauté spices and veggies until they become translucent and cook for about 3 mins. To this add 2 cups plant milk and slowly incorporate your preferred vegan cheese and str to create a cheese sauce (until cheese melts into liquid.)

Combine your pasta of choice (preboiled) with cheese sauce and bake in oven for ~45 mins at 350.

Saltee las especias y verduras hasta que se vuelvan translúcidas y cocine durante unos 3 minutos. A esto agregue 2 tazas de leche vegetal e incorpore lentamente su queso vegano preferido y str para crear una salsa de queso (hasta que el queso se derrita en líquido).
Combine su pasta de elección (precocida) con salsa de queso y hornee en el horno durante ~ 45 minutos a 350.
