3/17/2025 - Had a quick kettlebell snack workout this late morning using a 24kg kettlebell and completing snatch right x 10, swing switch left x 10, and then concluding with a stationary waiter's carry hold for 35 seconds right side and 34 seconds left side.
Total workout was 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
I define a kettlebell snack workout as one lasting no longer than three minutes using a weight that is a challenge for the snack workout. For me, it was the 24kg kettlebell I used.
