Hello and thanks for visiting my Pierini Fitness YouTube Channel where you can view countless videos of my fitness training endeavors that I’ve made for over eighteen years. There are also two videos about two books I've written, both having a theme of middle-aged man reflections about living and dying, gracefully-aging and trying my best to live a good and honest life.

I'm now a 70-year-old man #FITAT70 and blessed, trying to maintain upper-percentile and age adjusted cardiovascular, respiratory and strength endurance conditioning. I don't belong to a gym but, instead, train at various parks and home doing pull-ups, bar dips, kettlebell workouts and burpees. I have an on again, off again, relationship with running as a fitness activity.
