This muscle conditioning session is a great full body workout designed to kickstart your strength training journey. We'll focus on exercises to promote muscle growth, making it a perfect strength workout for beginners right from your home workout space. Let’s build that foundation together! 💪
Workout Breakdown:
Dumbbells. Rotate through a series of 3 exercises, 2 sets. 8-12 reps each, based on fatigue. Full body workout! Includes squats, rows, pushups, deadlifts, presses, curls, lunges, lateral raises, triceps, then floor work. We will repeat this workout in a few weeks!
