Blessings and love, and a great start to 2024, thank you for partying with us! Enjoy the new flavors with me, and thanks for all the support for our trip to Indonesia. I am truly blown away by the generosity, the out-going nature, the fun-loving character of every person from Indonesia I've met so far (honestly, even kids are polite as they're yelling at me as I ride past on my bicycle, I don't think I've ever experienced that before :).

I am already looking forward to the next trip, the next visit to Indonesia, because this place is truly incredible. Northern Sumatra (this town is Berastagi) is a place so rich in both natural beauty and in diverse local culture and history, I feel like I could visit this single island several times before getting a handle on anything at all!

Again, thanks for all the messages this year, all the comments, I hope these videos serve their job as inspiration, as motivation, as a reminder to enjoy YOUR own experience and shine your own light in all the situations in which you find yourself. We are alive today for a reason, and I always want to encourage you to "ride hard, eat well, shine on!" as our channel and our livestream community likes to say... in real life just as you see in these video stories.

road through Berastagi, the blue tent covering will be about 100m down from the
northern-most point on this road (Police Booths near the main town roundabout).
