🌻 Sunflowers are harvested to finish out the current rotation, but Skeeter makes a strategic decision: once the remaining sunflower oil is processed, the farm will concentrate primarily on olive oil production.

🥚 Eggs are sold at the perfect time, capturing strong market value.

🐖 Pig food — a byproduct of flour milling and bread production — is also sold, proving the value of layered production systems.

🍞 Bread continues to be produced, but Skeeter decides to hold inventory until a better market price appears.
