The Shepherd tier finally begins.

Skeeter starts the day finishing the work that’s been building for several episodes — collecting and storing the hay bales in the shed beside the sheep field. With feed finally stacked and ready, the farm is one step closer to bringing in animals the right way.

After the usual run to sell the wood products produced overnight, Skeeter adds one more detail to the story: between episodes he finished clearing the trees he had already cut down, wrapping up that part of the forestry operation.

With the lumber money — and a couple of lucky collectible finds — the moment finally arrives.

50 sheep.
50 goats.

No starter animals.
No shortcuts.

The Shepherd tier officially begins.

While cleaning up the remaining bales in the sorghum field, Skeeter spots weeds starting to creep in. That means another unexpected purchase — a weeder — along with some chicken feed while he’s already at the shop.

The farm is getting busier.

Animals need feed.
Fields need maintenance.
And soon the sorghum will need harvesting.

Skeeter even starts thinking about buying a harvester… but that’s a tomorrow problem.

For now, the animals are home.
