Methi ke theple ki recipe- यात्रा के लिए मेथी थेपला बनाने की रेसिपी
Makes: 8 theplas
Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour- 1/2 cup
2. Rice flour- 1/2 cup
3. Besan- ½ cup
4. Oil
5. Water- to knead dough
6. Methi
7. Garlic
8. Chopped green chillies
9. Onion-1
10. Spices: salt, black salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black chilly powder
Method:
1. Wash methi and green chillies properly
2. Peel and chop some garlic
3. Knead dough using above mentioned ingredients
4. Let it set for 10-15 mins
5. Make dough balls
6. Roll dough balls
7. Grease a pan with oil. Let it heat for a minute
8. Put rolled dough ball. Let it cook from one side
9. Flip it. Let it cook from another side also
10. You can spread some butter/oil/ghee on top of cooked thepla
11. Enjoy hot thepla
