Common issue with the BMW E90, E91, E92 and E93 is the formation of a puddle of water behind the right-side front wheel. It is commonly suspected, and misdiagnosed, to be the AC overflow. The issue however does not diminish when the AC is not used for a period of time however.
Eventually the Window Washer Fluid Empty Warning sign appears, although not catastrophic, the cause can be associated with a leak in the Window Washer Tank Assembly.
