Hello Everyone. Welcome To My Channel "Rannabanna With Mitali", Today my recipe is Chirer Polao. The perfect, non-sticky Chirer Polao (Bengali Style Poha) at home! This is a popular, quick, and healthy Bengali breakfast or snack recipe loaded with fresh winter vegetables, peanuts, and raisins. Chira/chire (known variously as pohe in Marathi, aval in Tamil and Malayalam, etc.) is an affordable and widely available staple.Unlike other poha recipes, the Bengali version is slightly sweet. Perfect for a quick breakfast, a light dinner, or school/office tiffin.
Ingredients (উপকরণ):-
1. Chire (Thick Flattened Rice/Poha) - 2 cups
2. Carrot (cubed) - 1/4 cup
3. Green Peas - 1/3 cup
4. Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
5. Ginger (pounded) - 1 tsp
6. Green Chillies - 2-3
7. Peanuts
8. Raisins - 2 tbsp
9. Sugar & Salt - to taste
10. Ghee - 1 tbsp
11. Oil - 4 tbsp
