Welcome to my channel "Rannabanna With Mitali" Today I am sharing a lost recipe from our grandmother’s kitchen – Khoi er Bora (Popped Rice Fritters). This vegan fritter is packed with Chopped Onions, green chilies, and the earthy flavor of popped rice (Khoi). It’s perfect with evening tea or as a quick side with dal-bhat.
👇 Ingredients (উপকরণ) :-
1. Khoi / Popped Rice (খই) -250 gms
2. Rice Flour (চালের গুঁড়ো)
3. Gram Flour/ Besan (বেসন)
4. Chopped Onions (পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি)
5. Chopped Ginger (আদা কুঁচি)
6. Green Chilies Chopped (কাঁচা লঙ্কা কুঁচি)
7. Ajwain / Carom Seeds (জোয়ান)
8. Chopped Coriander leaves (ধনেপাতা কুঁচি)
9. Chaat Masala (চাট মশলা)
10. Salt (নুন)
11. Sugar (চিনি)
12. Mustard Oil (সর্ষের তেল)
13. Water (জল)
