I knock at this House because I saw the City Violation Noticed at the door but no one answered so I went on next door to see if they know who lived there. From what she told me The previous owner had passed last year leaving the house for sale and an investor had bought the house. Ever since they bought the house they had never been at the location leaving the property looking bad and out of maintenance. The neighbor had complained at the city about it but all the city could do is leave the citation at the door. so I went ahead and cleaned it out for them for FREE.
