Hi guys, hope you enjoy todays chest workout this is a typical chest workout which I will be doing during my off season.
1) Incline Plate Loaded Fly 4x10-12 (TUT)
2) Incline Plate Loaded Press 4x12-15
3) Seated Fly 4x12-15
4) 4x8-10 with drop 8-10
5) Standing Cable Fly 4x12 superset with
5B) Hex Press 4x12
Give this workout a try and let me know in the comments what you think about it.. yes it’s a lot of volume but that generally how I love to train
