Next, you’ll sing (or softly chant) your personalized soul song for today:
“I am safe in my body
I am safe in my heart
I am safe when I’m lonely
I am safe in the dark
I am safe when I’m angry
I am safe when I’m sad
And when I’m frustrated
I am safe when I’m bad”
