Welcome to this guided breathwork session with Raissa, combining conscious breathing and Lumaflex light therapy.
In this short session, Raissa guides you through Mula Bandha (root lock) breathing, a powerful technique used to cultivate awareness, calm the nervous system, and bring energy into the heart and upper body.
You’ll be guided to:
Find a comfortable seated position
Use your Lumaflex device placed over the heart center (chest)
Inhale through the nose, gently hold the breath with the chin to chest
Release slowly and repeat for 5 rounds (~3 minutes)
This practice supports:

Relaxation and presence
Heart and breath awareness
