गुढीपाडवा म्हणजे आनंद उत्साह आणि चैतन्याचा सण...! गुढीपाडवा हा महाराष्ट्रातील सर्वात महत्त्वाचा सण आहे. गुढीच्या पूजेसाठी लागणारी अत्यावश्यक गोष्ट म्हणजे, साखरेची माळ (गाठी) या साखरेच्या माळेला काही ठिकाणी बत्ताशाची माळ असेही म्हणतात. ही माळ आपण घरच्या घरी अगदी स्वच्छ, सुबक व सहज बनवू शकतो.
बाहेर कोरोना असताना यावर्षीच्या गुढीपाडव्यासाठी साखरेची माळ (गाठी) घरीच बनवा... आणि माळ कशी झाली हे मला कमेंट मध्ये सांगायला विसरू नका...
Gudhi Padwa is most important Festival in Maharashtra. It is first day of Chaitra month to mark beginning of Marathi new people used to flag a special flags at their home called Gudhi. Garland with neem & mango leaves. And special sweet sugar Batasha Mala known as Gathi. Today I am showing how to prepare that Sugar Gathi with very easy and simple way at home for this Padwa...... so must try it.

INGREDIENTS for Sugar Syrup....

1 Cup - Sugar

1/4 Cup - water

1/2 tbsp - Eno Fruit Salt ( or Baking Soda)


Other Ingredients to set Gathi....
-------------------------------------------------
Paper Bowls or Silicon Moulds or Steel Bowls

Thick Cotton String

Little Pure Ghee

Red Food Colour (Optional)

Gems (For Decoration)

Tip....
Don't use plastic moulds for this recipe.
