Winter Solstice Yoga 2019

Описание: I invite you to join me in this yoga practice to celebrate the winter solstice and celebrate the darkness that can be healing and restorative and a chance to slow down and face the difficult parts of our lives.

Use this time for some well deserved self care.

Experiment with embracing the dark and even practicing some movement with your eyes closed.

We will do some palming to heal our eyes, some forward folds to invite introspection and spinal movement and time to rest and restore.
