Описание: In this final session in which I present the findings of my doctoral research on animals in the Bible, we look at various fantastic beasts (Leviathan, Behemoth, Seraphim, Cherubim, and the 3 talking animals), as well as the place of animals in the redemptive scheme. Jesus came to redeem humans and reconcile "all things" and "all flesh" to himself. Does this include animals? What about the covenant God made with "every animal" in Genesis 9 and in Hosea 2? Is it possible that the animals that died on earth will one day be part of the New Heavens and the New Earth? These issues and more are addressed in this session.
