Played on "Even Death Will Bleed", hardest difficulty. This level contains an assortment of all kinds of enemies, ranging from cultists, undead, the High Order, and more. There are tons of treasure to be collected, a few secrets, and of course, a secret boss. In the beginning just clear out some of the martyrs that run around the hallways, and then when you make it to the abandoned part of the dungeon, clear out a cluster of undead. There is a Red Death that drops the Red Skull key needed to advance further in the corridors. Later, you reach a room where enter to go to a section that is almost like an open arena, this is where you will fight two bosses.



The first boss is Fluffy, which is very similar to that of a regular wolf3d boss, namely Hans, Gretel, and Trans grosse, all chaingun wielding bosses. Since you are not William Blazkowicz (BJ), but Sartana instead, most of your weapons are not automatic but they are indeed powerful. Use powerful weapons and just go around the corner avoiding the salvo of chaingun fire and very soon, Fluffy will be defeated. After defeating Fluffy, grab the blue skull key and open the other door, leading to Jilaiya. Remember Jilaiya the Witch from Area 9? This one must be one of her other sisters. The fight is still the same from before, just avoid her fireballs and homing soul attack. Then when she is down, use bullet based/regular weapons (not fire-based weapons such as Demon Eyes, Gerra's Orb, nor the Devil's Mule) to take down the Wraith. It is recommended to use the Reaper, the Savage, and the Boomstick to inflict decent amounts of damage to it. Once it's down, you should be able to collect the Green skull key. Before you can exit this area, be careful of the Rogue wanting to snipe you after opening the doors, and of course, Serpents. Use your demon hands to take them out (or a Gerra's orb if you have one). Once you done all that, you are almost done with the level. Explore the last part of the dungeon and you will find there is an exit but it's guarded by undead and of course a Cardinal. Be careful that if you open a door to one of the Cardinals, you will alert the other Cardinal and having more than one fighting you at the same time is a bad idea. Lure one out and quickly dispatch them before they overwhelm you and of course, there is a secret wall near the end (in between the pillars) so don't forget that. Kill the Aswangs and collect the treasure chest as well as a life soul in a jar (if needed).
