This might be the wildest prime rib I’ve ever cooked.
Today I’m making a Gatling Gun Prime Rib using a beautiful @demkotaranchbeef ribeye, mounted on the XL @BigGreenEggHQ rotisserie and cooked low and slow over @JealousDevil charcoal. The rotisserie does all the work — self-basting the meat while building incredible bark and keeping every bite juicy.
To finish it off, I’m serving this beast with a homemade horseradish sauce that cuts perfectly through that rich, beefy flavor. This is next-level backyard BBQ and an absolute showstopper for holidays, special occasions, or when you just want to cook something unforgettable.
