Flange Face Forming and Protection with Belzona 1111

Описание: Flange faces can suffer from mechanical and/or chemical damage, which in turn can lead to critical operational and hazardous situations. The problem itself can be easily solved by using Belzona paste-grade rebuilding materials. These materials are chosen based on the specific operating and chemical service conditions of the flange to be reformed. In this video, we will be using Belzona 1111. This type of repair can be completed without hot work and applied in-situ, reducing downtime.

02:48 - Applying the mixed material to the prepared surface, removing masking tape, and installing the former, tightening bolts diagonally.
03:38 - Removing excess material.
03:44 - After the cure period, removing the former.
03:58 - Inspecting the repaired face for any irregularities.
04:05 - Removing sharp edges and flashes carefully.
