Описание: Algis Budrys, an accomplished science fiction writer and editor, was asked by L. Ron Hubbard in 1983 to become a judge for the Writers of the Future contest. Algis took this to heart and not only became a judge but also the editor of the Writers of the Future anthology until he passed away in 2008. His work helped many new writers get discovered and enabled them to start a career in a field they were passionate about. We will always remember him as a friend who carried forward the vision of L. Ron Hubbard for artists with this contest.
