Sir Keir Starmer has been forced to cut short a visit after angry farmers in tractors blocked the road and blared their horns.
The prime minister had been on a scheduled visit to a housing estate in Buckinghamshire to promote his plans to build 1.5 million homes over the course of this parliament.
As Starmer spoke to workers at Eastbrook in Milton Keynes, a group of about a dozen tractors and agricultural vehicles drove through the gates of the development blaring their horns, playing music and disrupting the prime minister.
