Today, I’m taking you through a Zone 2 cardio hill session, one of the most effective ways to burn fat while maintaining muscle.
I’m running uphill and then either walking or jogging back down, keeping my heart rate between 120-140 bpm—the sweet spot for maximizing fat oxidation without cutting into muscle gains.
