(O my Kishori Ji! Please remedy my miserable condition)
ati komal subhaau maa tumharo! veda puranan gaai
(O Mother! The Vedas and Puranas declare You to be extremely tender-hearted and merciful)
kaason kahun sune ko tuma binu, mujh dukhiya ki maai
(Who else but You will pay heed to my cry of sorrow?)
mori dasha bhali tuma jaanati, kabahun na aghana aghaai
(You know my condition very well. I never tire of sinful activities)
kapati kutila kupoot raavaro, ita uta thokar khaai
(This cunning, deceitful, wayward child of Yours has been roughly treated everywhere in the world_
bhakti bhaav kachhu janat naahi, banat rasik rasa raai
(I pose as the greatest of Rasiks, but do not have even an iota of understanding when it comes to the sentiments of deovtion)
apani ora nihari radhike! aba to lehu apanaai!
(O Radhika! Look towards Your own qualities of causeless mercy and accept me as Your own!)
mohan so ika baar milado, parun tihare paai
