Vintage Christmas Jell-O Salad with Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
• 1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin
• 1 (3 oz) box lemon gelatin
• 1 (3 oz) box lime gelatin
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup half-and-half

Instructions:

Prepare strawberry gelatin according to package directions. Pour into a mold or dish and refrigerate until fully set.

Beat softened cream cheese with half-and-half until smooth.

Dissolve lemon gelatin in hot water, let cool slightly, then blend into the cream cheese mixture. Pour over the set strawberry layer and chill until firm.

Prepare lime gelatin, allow to cool slightly, pour over the cream cheese layer, and chill until completely set.

Unmold, slice, and serve chilled.
