My first foray into Kundalini last month was mind blowing to say the least! For some its considered a type of yoga but it is nothing like any yoga experience I've ever tried. Juliet has a special gift to channel energy and pass it through you to help clear blockages or "stains" as Juliet says, and allows the flow of energy through your chakras to realign your true self and purpose in life.
