Parking: 20,000 VND (we parked free and walked)
Covered areas but still wet in rainy season

🛍️ WHAT'S ACTUALLY THERE:
Genuine "Nike" and "North Face" (definitely real)
Suitcases (who buys luggage at night markets?)
Kids' toys and remote control cars
That hot plastic t-shirt material to avoid
One interesting stall: Old coins and stamps

🍜 FOOD SECTION:
Barbecue pork and seafood
Mango sticky rice
Sugar cane juice
Prices higher than street food
Vendors VERY persistent

💰 REAL TALK:
It's just Han Market reorganised
Prices 3x higher than normal
Same stuff you find everywhere
Better organised than old market
High rent = aggressive selling

2 inches of water on ground
