TROPICAL ITCH

1 oz/30 ml Bonded Rye Whiskey
.75 oz/22.5 ml Jamaican Rum
.5 oz/15 ml 151 Rum
2 ox/60 ml Pineapple/Passionfruit Juice
.5 oz/15 ml 2:1 Simple Syrup
.5 oz/15 ml Lemon Juice
.25 oz/7.5 ml Allspice Dram

Method

1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with crushed ice for 5-8 seconds.
3. Free pour into a glass and top with crushed ice.
Garnish with a Lemon Wedge.
