Thanks for joining me here again today friends for week 2 of the Every Bit Counts Challenge hosted by Three Rivers Homestead! I'm pretty proud of myself! I stocked up at the beginning of the month on meat, vegetables, and fruit. Other than milk and butter, I haven't had to buy any other pantry items! I've been making the meat i buy stretch for two to three meals and adding to them with my canned goods that I put up last spring.
