INGREDIENTS:-
1) Turmeric 2 spoon
2) Everest Tandoori Masala 2 spoon
3) Chicken Masala 2 spoon
4) Homemade Masala 2 spoon
5) Salt as per taste
6) Ginger, Garlic,, Green Chili and Coriander Paste 2 big spoon.
7) Curd
8) Oil
9) 1 kg Chicken
Method:-
1) Take Chicken add turmeric 2 spoon.
2) Add Everest Tandoori Masala 2 spoon.
3) Add Chicken Masala 2 spoon.
4) Add Homemade Masala 2 spoon.
5) Salt as per taste.
6) Ginger, Garlic,, Green Chili and Coriander Paste 2 big spoon.
7) Mix all together.
8) Add curd 2 big spoon.
9) Mix all together.
10) Marinate it for 2 hours.
11) Heat the roof. Then add oil. Add the chicken pieces.
12) Cook well from both the sides.
13) Ready to serve KAUL CHIKEN FRY.
