Ye recipe home cooking ke saath-saath food business, café, exhibitions aur bulk orders ke liye bhi perfect hai.
Aap isse pan par bhi bana sakte ho aur oven me bhi.
🧄 Garlic Confit Butter
Ingredients
• Garlic (Lehsun) – 25–30 cloves (peeled)
• Olive oil – as required
• Butter – 100 grams (soft)
• Garlic confit – 5–6 cloves with some oil
• Fresh coriander (hara dhania) – a handful, chopped
Method
Garlic confit banane ke liye garlic cloves ko ek small stock pot me daalein aur itna olive oil add karein ki garlic completely submerge ho jaaye.
Medium flame par oil ko heat karein. Jaise hi garlic sizzle karne lage, flame low kar dein aur garlic ko dheere-dheere cook karein jab tak wo golden brown na ho jaaye.
Garlic golden ho jaane ke baad flame band karein aur room temperature par cool hone dein.
Garlic confit ko airtight jar me transfer karein aur fridge me store karein. Proper storage ke saath ye 1 month tak chal jaata hai.
Garlic confit butter banane ke liye softened butter ko chopper me daalein, usme garlic confit with oil aur fresh coriander add karein.
Chopper me grind karein jab tak smooth paste ready na ho jaaye.
Aapka garlic confit butter ready hai.
🧀 Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
• Processed cheese – 150 grams (grated)
• Butter – 1 tablespoon
• Milk – 120 ml
Method
Ek stock pot me pani boil karein aur uske upar ek bowl rakh kar flame low kar dein. Is setup ko double boiler kehte hain.
Bowl me processed cheese, butter aur milk add karein.
Lagataar whisk karein lagbhag 5 minutes tak jab tak cheese smooth aur creamy na ho jaaye.
Cheese sauce ko bowl me transfer karein aur thanda hone dein.
Creamy cheese sauce ready hai.
🍞 Assembly & Cooking
Ingredients
• Bread loaf
• Mozzarella cheese – as required (shredded)
• Green chilli – optional, chopped
• Oregano
• Red chilli flakes
• Garlic butter
• Water – a splash
Method (Pan / Tawa)
Bread loaf ko 1.5 inch thick slices me cut karein.
Har slice ke beech me chhoti si cavity banayein, dhyaan rahe poori tarah cut na ho.
Cavity ke andar garlic butter lagayein aur upar se ek spoon cheese sauce add karein.
Ab mozzarella cheese, green chillies (optional), oregano aur red chilli flakes add karein.
Tawa ko high flame par heat karein, thoda garlic butter daalein aur garlic bread place karein.
Flame low karein, tawa cover karein aur neeche se light golden hone tak toast karein.
Lid khol kar thoda sa pani splash karein, turant cover karein aur cheese melt hone tak cook karein.
Cheesy garlic bread ready hai.
