Try this jump rope workout for a great cardio finisher. The jump rope is great for building strength and cardio and killer for fat loss. If you're looking to transform your body the jump rope can't be beat!
In this video I'll go over a couple of basics of the jump rope.
1. Don't use too much arm motion! Your shoulders and arms should not get too fatigued when skipping rope. It's ALL in the wrists.
2. Get a QUALITY rope. Don't be cheap. Buddy Lee has some fantastic ropes.
3. Don't jump too high. Jump just high enough to get the rope under your feet.
