Akashiyaki is similar to takoyaki (octopus ball) but it has a more egg-like texture,round balls made from egg and flour.You eat it by dipping it into a soup.The inside contains octopus.
It has a fluffy texture and is creamy when soaked in soup.It's so soft that it's difficult to cook.
You can eat it at a store specializing in tamagoyaki, but this time I ate it at the stall at the entrance of a temple called Kiyoshikojin in Hyogo Prefecture.It is a long-established store with a history of over 70 years.
