Carpet cleaning consists of a few different steps:
Step 1: Vacuum as much dry soil as possible
It removes dirt, dust, and other debris from floors and carpets. Vacuuming is also an excellent way to remove pet hair, dust mites, and other allergens from your home.
Carpet cleaners who don't vacuum aren't cleaning properly it just creates mud and more wetness under the fibers
Step 2: pre spray carpets

Step 3: Agitation
Rather it be electric or manual
Carpet raking or Counter Rotating Brush (CRB)
This step scrubs the pre spray deeper into the fibers
The rotating bristles of a counter rotating brush rejuvenate matted carpet pile. It removes pet and human hair, dust, and anything that the vacuum cannot reach because it is below the surface as the bristles comb every fiber in the carpet from the base to the tip. Plus, CBRs can be used to scrub the pretreat chemical applied to the carpets, making every fiber in contact with the detergent, leaving a cleaner rug.
Step 4: Rinse with steam and chemicals to pull PH back into a neutral balance

Stable Oxy and Enzyme Combination
