Описание: Bobby Hatfield recorded this absolutely gorgeous version of the Cole Porter song in 1971, with producer Richard Perry at Apple Studios. The album was never finished, and "In The Still Of The Night" never released. Fortunately, it is included in the Omnivore CD, "Stay With Me." The song itself was written by Cole Porter in 1937 for the film version of his musical, "Rosalie," co-written with George Gershwin. It was introduced in the film by Nelson Eddy, and it has been sung since then by many artists, popular, jazz, and rock, until the present day. Bobby's version is truly one of the best. Enjoy!
