Описание: The purpose of the study would be investigating children’s (future consumers) associations from experiences with- and in nature, harvesting and preparing food and their subsequent connection with where their food comes from and overall attitude toward food. Moreover, whether this connection has spill-over with parents when back home. Despite popular assumption Spain has a big urban- countryside disconnect and subsequent consumer trends. The recent (since 2016) surge of Spanish Forest Schools is combating this divide. This recent relinking would provide a unique insight with transferable learnings for the U.K. when reconnecting current and future consumers with their food provenance.
