30 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
20 Toes to Bar
10 Back Squat (225 lbs)
Time: 31:20
Found a solid rep scheme to try to stay consistent. Snatches easily the worst part but maintained 20-10, just longer breaks each time. Felt grippy after the first round so went 4x 5 toes to bar. Finally back squat felt fine, but played it safe and went 6-4, 6-4, 7-3, 7-3, and then unbroken for the final round. Give this one a go!
