condition means ( bikes, jog, walk, run, treadmill, rowing machine ) any cardio device or exercise. you can even do this after another body part workout.

i am using the mikolo m4 smith machine functional trainer, you can also use the Marcy multi gym or any home gym with a cable set up if you have one. both of these are on amazon.
