Stretching exercises for beginners in Hindi.
Flexibility training, in general, can increase your range of movement, improve your posture, help to ease exercise-related muscle aches and even help prevent injury, so it’s totally worth taking the time to include stretching as a regular feature in your workout routine.
Always make sure you warm up thoroughly before stretching though.
This 30 minutes Beginners FULL BODY STRETCHING ROUTINE is a great way to start your flexibility training. Take your time with it – don’t rush, and make sure you maintain the correct form while stretching.
For each stretch, reach only a point of mild discomfort and then focus on allowing your muscles to lengthen by relaxing into the stretch as you exhale.
